The paid plans add two things:

- The printable evidence exports: rent statement, compliance pack, condition reports and the full tenancy file, fingerprinted on every page

Plans are counted by properties under management: a live total, not a monthly allowance, so it never resets, and re-letting a property you already manage is always included at no extra cost.
